CRT Communications offers technical training on various aspects of voice and data cable installation. Lots of electrical contactors are in the business of installing cable networks these days, but not a lot of electrical contractors have had any training in this area. CRT Communications offers training in correct terminations, identifications and testing of cable networks.
In addition, we offer more advanced training on the installation and service of telephone equipment. Course work covers system configuration, system programming and system trouble shooting on the Toshiba and Avaya (Lucent) lines of business phone systems, as well as, Toshiba, Lucent, and Amanda voicemail equipment.
